The biggest march
against hunger ever.

The biggest march
against hunger ever.

Context.

In 2016 we launched the film #ActionContre (Action Against) on television, putting the ACF cause up on a level with other vital issues for humanity (civil rights marches etc.) But how can we make this on-the-ground battle visible and real to French people, encouraging them to act?

Idea.

On the 36th World Food Day, and because it is only through numbers that we have the power to change the world, we invited internet users to appear on a giant fresco, representing the largest ever demonstration against hunger. Live from the Place de la République in Paris, the artist Decktwo drew live photos sent by internet users accompanied by a hashtag.

Results.

This outdoor event, an on-the-ground version of the #ACTIONCONTRE campaign, involved several thousand people throughout France, and raised awareness about the importance of the NGO's fight.
